- Once your deposit has been processed, I'll contact you using the email address provided at checkout to discuss your preferred size, style, wording and other customization details.
- After reviewing your design preferences, you'll receive a quote for the remaining balance of your sign, including shipping costs.
Your deposit is fully refundable until you approve your design and production begins. Once work on your custom Family Name Sign has started, deposits become non-refundable.
